I am a Certified Nutritionist with a new and small Blog covering the issues of our relationship with food and eating for a life of peace and wellness.
Reminding ourselves that:
we are more than our size and shape and that all sizes and shapes can be well.
self care, compassion and pleasure feed the body as well as the foods and nutrients we consume.
obsession with food wheather healthy or junk is still obsession.
I look forward to visiting each blog and learing from you all!

Gina, I took a quick look at your blog. I like what you are focusing on. I received many emails after I wrote my Binge Eating article. It amazes me how many folks int he fitness industry have struggled with eating disorders.

Aloha @ Karmazen!
I appreciated your reply to the beer drinking question on you last blog post. It really is a responsibility of those of us in the nutrition and health field to promote balance and to help people go beyond black and white thinking (which is where eating disorders and obsessions thrive).
Fabulous site you have...I will be going back for more as i plan to add you to "My Alltop".
Be well!

@Gina: Thanks for the compliments! I have met many who have become orthorexic after getting so used to the "clean eating" that is heavily associated with the fitness and bodybuilding community. It's really sad, actually.

Hi everyone! I run a yoga blog, but frequently write about nutrition and fitness in general, and New York City specifics.
I'd love to do some guest posting. Still catching up on the challenges tho... :)

I would love someone with knowledge abbout nutrition (my weak spot) to guest post at my blog (it is about bodybuilding and nutrition for skinny guys). If you want to guest post please shoot me and email at oranzinukas@gmail.com Cheers, Adrian
Started www.36pounds.com and want to make it the Number 1 resource for skinny men who want to gain muscle!

@Yogoer: I like the site a lot. I also feel I may be coming back to learn more and more about something I used to do frequently when I participated in athletics. Yoga is definitely an amazing thing you can do for your body.
@tchaves: I am amazed that your website is based on the blogger platform. It's incredible!

Adrian: Perhaps do a bit of research and carefully construct the article yourself? You will learn a lot in the process.

@Karmazeen, trust me I'm doing it, I have actualy I have posted about rules of nutrition for skinny guys just today. But still it would be nice to get someone who specialises in it to guestpost. Plus, maybe I could actualy learn from them about nutrition more because internet is full of resources but some of them are plain myths.

Hi everyone,
I blog about natural health, fitness and perspective. My main motivation is to get people to see the importance of a healthy lifestyle in being able to get the most out of life. This is quite a challenge considering the amount of misinformation, laziness and unhealthy influence that exists in modern society, but all of this is what gives me such tremendous opportunity to have an influential blog that helps to change peoples lives for the better. :)
I'm always interested in meeting people with a similar perspective, especially bloggers!
@passionateforlife I think I will take you up on your offer!

@vdchitnis2000: this is just my humble opinion so take it with a grain of salt. When I first clicked on the site, I felt that it was just a generic blogger site without much weight. The typos in the right column in the "about" section really turned me off. Perhaps you could hire an editor or find a friend who can edit for you if grammar is not your strong suit? I am also at a loss for the advertisements on the blog. I don't feel they are related to the content and just really made my confused.
sorry if that is harsh. Hope it helps -Karma

Hi everyone. I started a weight loss blog 5 weeks ago, documenting my weight loss. I started out at 308 pounds with a slipped disc. So far I've lost 22 pounds. In 3 years time, I plan to cycle from Land End to John O'Groat (around a 1000 miles).
I currently only get around 20 unique visitors per day, but that is growing each day, mainly through Twitter, where I am up to around 140 on-topic followers, and Facebook where I promote via my fan page (which has 30+ fans) and my 200+ person friends list.
If you are interested in buddying up with a newbie, please have a look at http://lollujo.net . If you like what you see, please let me know!

Posted 6 months ago # -
I just started a fitness & weight loss site: A Fit Boy Named Tracy. I lost over 100lbs about 8 years ago and decided I would like to help as many people as I can experience the same success I did. Here's a link to My Weight Loss Story.
